Yaşlanma “Süreç Odaklı” Bir Gelişmedir ve Anne Karnından Başlar

İnsanın ruhlar âleminden dünyadaki yolculuğu anne karnında başlar.

Ruhun bineği olacak vücudun şekillendiği anne rahmi aynı zamanda binici ile bineğin de buluştuğu, birleştiği yerdir.

İlkler çok önemlidir.

Dolayısıyla ruhun bedenle buluştuğundaki şartlar insan ruhunu ve bedenini bir ömür derinden etkiler.

Annenin psikolojisi, bebeğine olan ilgi ve alakası, düşünce ve duygu durumu, kendi beslenmesi, sağlığı, uyku düzeni bebeği direkt etkiler.

"Oral Fiksasyon” ruhun bedenle ilk buluşmasından itibaren üzerinde hassasiyetle durmamız gereken insanın dünya yolculuğundaki en önemli kavramdır.

Ruhun bedene üflenmesinden (hayat) geri ayrılmasına (ölüm) kadar geçen sürede insan bütün etaplara takılmadan iyi çalışan otomatik vites şanzıman gibi kayarak ilerlemelidir.

Bir etapta takılma olduğundan o bütün diğer etaplara tesir eder.

Özellikle 0-3 yaşta bu takıntı (oral fiksasyon) gerçekleştiğinde işler oldukça zorlaşır.

Bebeğin sevgi, şefkat, muhabbet dalgalarıyla 9 ayı tamamlaması, normal doğumu, aynı muhabbetle en az iki yıl emzirilmesi ve üç yaşına kadar anne/baba ve yakın çevreye doyması onun ruhunu da pişirir.

Doğal gelişimde nasıl vakti gelince doğum gerçekleşiyorsa, aynı şekilde anne sütüne doyup bebeğin memeyi bırakması, anne babaya doyup çocuğun kendisinin istekli bir biçimde onlardan uzaklaşması gerekiyor.

Bu etaplarda doyuma ulaşıp kendi yolunda ilerlemek isteyen çocuğu o etaplarda tutmaya çalışmak, zorlamak ta; en az doymadan erken bırakmaya zorlamak kadar "oral fiksasyon” a neden olur.

"Oral Fiksasyon” sigaradan madde bağımlılığına, hırsızlıktan cinsel sapıklığa kadar bütün olumsuzlukların altında yatan en etkin sebeptir.

"Hırsızlık yapan çocuk annesini arar” sözüyle İngiliz Psikanalist Donald Winnicott (1896-1971) bu acı gerçeğe dikkat çekmiştir.

İnsan talihinde en önemli iki şey:

1.İyi bir anne ve onu/anneyi/eşini her daim destekleyen bilinçli bir baba

2.İyi bir sınıf öğretmeni

İyi bir hayat için iyi bir yaşlanma/yaş alma gerekiyor.

Ve bu iş anne karnından başlayan ve her nefes/her/lokma/her adım olumlu/olumsuz etaplarla ilerleyen/olgunlaşan bir süreçtir.

Bu sebeple insan sonuç odaklı değil, süreç odaklı bir hayat sürmeli.

Sürecin hakkını veren sonuca zaten ulaşır.

Sonuca odaklan sürecin hakkını veremeyeceği için sonuca da asla ulaşamaz.

Her etabın hakkıyla yaşandığı sağlıklı, verimli, bereketli ve huzurlu "süreç odaklı” bir hayat diliyorum.

Aging is a "Process-Oriented" Development and Starts in the Womb.

A person's journey from the spirit world to the world begins in the womb.

The mother's womb, where the body that will be the mount of the soul is shaped, is also the place where the rider and the mount meet and unite.

Firsts are very important.

Therefore, the conditions when the soul meets the body deeply affect the human soul and body for a lifetime.

The mother's psychology, her interest in her baby, her thoughts and feelings, her own nutrition, health and sleep patterns directly affect the baby.

"Oral Fixation” is the most important concept in a person's world journey, which we must pay careful attention to from the first meeting of the soul with the body.

During the period from the time the soul is blown into the body (life) until it leaves the body (death), a person must move forward like a well-functioning automatic transmission without getting stuck in all stages.

If there is a problem at one stage, it affects all other stages.

Things become quite difficult, especially when this obsession (oral fixation) occurs at the age of 0-3.

The baby's completion of 9 months with waves of love, affection and affection, normal birth, breastfeeding with the same affection for at least two years, and being satisfied with the mother/father and the immediate environment until the age of three also warms the baby's soul.

Just as birth occurs when the time comes in natural development, in the same way, the baby must give up the breast after being satisfied with the mother's milk, and the child must willingly move away from the parents after being satisfied with them.

Trying to keep the child, who wants to reach satisfaction at these stages and progress on his own path, at those stages is forcing him; It causes "oral fixation" at least as much as forcing it to quit early before satiation.

"Oral Fixation” is the most effective reason underlying all negativities, from smoking to substance addiction, from theft to sexual perversion.

British Psychoanalyst Donald Winnicott (1896-1971) drew attention to this painful truth with the saying "The child who steals searches for his mother."

Aging is "process-oriented” and begins in the womb.

The tool works, the hand boasts.

Fortune works, the servant boasts.

The two most important things in human fortune are:

1. A good mother and a conscious father who always supports her/his mother/wife

2.A good classroom teacher

A good life requires good aging.

And this is a process that starts from the mother's womb and progresses/matures with positive/negative stages with every breath/each bite/each step.

For this reason, people should live a process-oriented life, not a result-oriented one.

The one who does justice to the process will already reach the result.

Focus on the result and you will never achieve the result because it cannot do justice to the process.
